What happened
Sparky is the customer shopping agent in the Walmart app and one of four super agents Walmart is building as entry points for customers, associates and partners. In July 2025 Walmart Global Tech published a post by Suresh Kumar saying Sparky was already live and helping customers find what they need. The post said it would soon handle reordering and customer support too.
