What happened
TD Bank U.S. unveiled TD Credit Assist, a multi-agent tool that drafts first-draft commercial credit analyses in under 30 minutes instead of up to three working days. TD says more than 300 credit professionals prepare over 10,000 memos a year, and the tool drafts six memo sections. In testing on 220 curated deals reviewed by more than 70 experts, 95% of outputs passed expert review, and credit staff stay responsible for decisions. This is separate from the TD mortgage agents entry.
