On May 7, 2026 MSC Cruises unveiled MSC Concierge, a conversational assistant in the MSC for Me app. It is free, available around the clock in more than 90 languages, and can answer questions, book restaurants, spa treatments and shore excursions, and check an account balance. MSC said it was already on most of the fleet, with the rest due by the end of May, after a pilot that scored 93% service satisfaction from over 170,000 guests and over one million messages.
