On April 23, 2026 Mappedin and Miami International Airport announced the MIA Virtual Assistant, conversational agents on the web, WhatsApp, kiosks and holographic displays. Mappedin supplies the indoor map, Satisfi Labs the web and WhatsApp channels, and Hypervsn the holographic avatars, with Azure OpenAI for the language layer.
