What happened
ING built a suite of four AI agents for private banking relationship managers covering KYC, investment expertise, sales coaching and meeting preparation. The rollout is phased, with some agents live in Belgium and others in the Netherlands, and the sales coach still in pilot. ING says the KYC agent saves about 45 minutes per legal entity onboarding and plans full access in both countries during 2027. This is separate from the ING mortgage agent.
