What happened
Delta launched Concierge in beta in late October 2025, expanded it in phases, and made it available to all SkyMiles Members on Aug. 10, 2026. It can now rebook during disruptions and cancel eligible flights with a refund or eCredit, though Delta still labels it beta. In August, InsideFlyer and View from the Wing reported that it cancelled a member's whole round trip after saying the return flight would stay booked.
