What happened
DBS built specialised agents that handle more than 70 tasks, pulling from annual reports, industry research and internal records into a review-ready first draft of a credit memo. After a 150-person pilot, it rolled the tool out to about 1,500 employees globally in August 2026. DBS says credit memos can take up to 40% of a relationship manager's time, and it aims to cut that by at least 30%. That is a goal, not a reported result.
