Cisco built MyAgent on its internal Circuit AI platform and is rolling it out to about 90,000 employees. Employees give it a goal and it coordinates steps across apps like Outlook, Webex, Jira and SharePoint, with people still approving and owning the outcome. Cisco says agentic interactions on Circuit grew nearly 350% quarter over quarter before the launch.
